The owner is sweet and kind. Google translate became our friend and helped us communicate. She is super accommodating with her schedule. I just did the foot massage and the owner has healing hands. If like me you have walked all over Bari and your feet need a pick me up, this is the place! If I knew she was here sooner, I would have booked more appointments!!! Book ASAP! I promise you will be grateful you did.

I was quite disappointed with the quality of the massage I received. I booked a relaxing and facial massage. – The massage bed had no headrest, so I had to lie with my head turned to the side the whole time, which made my neck very stiff and it was impossible to fully relax. The only positive thing was that the bed was heated, which was nice given the bad weather. – The massage itself felt more like gentle strokes rather than an actual massage. Even after I asked to increase the pressure, nothing really changed — the therapist kept just lightly touching my body. – When moving to the facial part, the therapist didn’t wash her hands and started touching my face with the same hands she had used on my body and legs, which was very unpleasant. – The same oil was used for both body and face — luckily, I didn’t get any irritation, but it was still uncomfortable and unprofessional. The “facial massage” itself was again just a few light strokes, nothing more. I do have to admit that the administration manager was very polite and positive, which made the overall atmosphere more pleasant. However, the massage itself did not meet my expectations. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left irritated and disappointed with the service afterwards.

Very rude person on the phone. Probably could not speak English and She just hung up on me. Strange human behaviour.
