Great place! The staff is friendly, salon is clean, and my nails always come out perfect. I really enjoy the relaxing shoulder massage while getting my nails done too. My technician is professional and pays attention to every detail.

Most of the staff have bad attitudes specially the front desk manager. Some of the manicured staff are rough with my nails. Even if they do the nails fine the attitude kills the experience.

Last Friday, I pulled into Nails Plus. I walked in and asked if they accept walk-ins. AT THAT TIME, the receptionist should have told me they were about to close. But, she didnt. Instead, she asked me to get a color while a technician took me to a pedicure chair and squeezed between my chair and the neighboring chair, and said she'd be doing my manicure. She moved the drink I had on my table so she could "get to work". Then, simultaneously, a technician started doing my pedicure. I asked twice, why am I getting the services together and the manicurist, although pleasant, informed me that they were closing and they try to get the staff home on time by getting people in and out. Yes, those were her words. At that point, I told both technicians to forget the polish and I felt like I was holding them up although she said its ok, there's still people here. What should've been a relaxing, at least hour mani/pedicure, turned out to be 25 minutes. I mentioned to both technicians AND the receptionist on the way out, that this seemed like an express service and they said, " but your nails are clean and look healthy". Yes. I did leave a 5.00 tip for both techs, but the next morning I thought about the expeditious rush and called the owner. She immediately said she read my 1 star review and told me she'd redo my pedicure if I removed the review. I asked her for a refund and she said no, since I never mentioned my disappointed throughout the 25 minutes I was there. Well, all 3 women heard me say this was a rushed, non relaxing service and they didnt seem to care, just wanted to move the cattle in and out, maybe to get as much money as they could that night before they closed? Who knows. I did get a response from the owner. A long winded one about if I was unhappy, why didnt I say something, the services were completed and I left a tip to both girls and they dont refund for services completed. They offered me another pedicure. I think she totally missed my complaint. I dont know about anyone else out there, but a mani/pedi is supposed to be relaxing, not something that is done simultaneously when one technician is squeezing next to you, no soaking the fingernails, fast cuticle cutting, minimal massage etc. It was a , "let's get this done quickly because we need to get out of here and go home" The pedicure massage lasted all of 7 minutes. The owner can spin it any way she wants. This salon is so different than when Susan owned it, where I was a regular. Maybe that's why the low reviews and the constant sign in the window looking for nail techs. I stand by my review of a 1 star. I did what was right and left a tip. But if the owner takes a minute and asked both techs and front desk lady how I remarked about the speed of which this was done, she'd hear my displeasure. I'd never go back and to be offered another pedicure, as a consolation prize, didnt cut it. If she wants to keep her business, she shouldn't put the blame of her rushed staff and overbooking, on us. She needs to see why their clients are complaining and do something about it before this salon is under new ownership AGAIN!!

Cut my finger open and bleeding. Took almost two hours to do the worst acrylic refill I’ve ever seen. My refill usually takes 45 minutes but I wasted two hours for my nails to be bumpy and uneven. Kept cutting my fingers and then apologizing instead of figuring out how to do it right. I was also gonna get a french tip design but clearly that would’ve been a disaster and an extra hour so I decided not to. My sister got a pedicure and got her toe cut and bleeding too. The women at the front desk is also the rudest and clearly hates her job and the customers. I’d drive an hour to get my nails done instead of coming back here.

Came here to get Gel-X for the first time. I paid $70 for a full set and within 4 hours every single one of my nails fell off. When I called to ask why this occurred, they were not helpful at all and very rude.
