  I really want to like this nail salon. It is close to my home and the nail technicians are very sweet and accommodating. However, BUYER BEWARE if you are looking for a Dazzle Dry (DD) manicure. They use DD polish colors, but they do not follow all the steps in the DD protocol (they only do one base coat - should be two) and do not use the DD branded base coat or top coat. This is what you are paying extra for!! I brought this up to the manager and the answer I received was “this is how we do it. We never do a second base coat”. I explained to him that the reason DD manicures cost extra (compared to a standard manicure) is because of the longevity of the product and the quality of the products used in the DD multi-step program. He again said, “we don’t do that”. I may still use this nail salon for regular manicures and pedicures, but will go elsewhere for a true DD mani.

  My experience was great: enjoyable, relaxing, and really well-done pedicure and brow wax. Mirabel was excellent, gentle, considerate, and skilled. The only negative thing I can say about the salon was that the music was annoying (bland cover versions of lite-FM music from the '70s and '80s). My daughter went for a manicure that did not go well at all. The manicurist was dismissive as if she didn't approve of the length of nails my daughter wanted (she's 22, not 12). She painted over dust from filing and didn't have my daughter wash her hands. Then she was so rough that she broke the skin on more than one finger doing her cuticles. She said nothing when my daughter reacted and told her it hurt. Afterward, when we spoke with the manager, he was very kind and apologetic, and even gave me half the money back. But it's my opinion that someone who doesn't care about people should not work in a salon where communication skills, safety, and cleanliness are important. Never again!

  Girls your missing out if you dont experience the good energy , enthusiasm and art.. I loved this place the atmosphere the music and the people ! I can’t express how much love i got ! I’ll be back for sure 💕🤗

  DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS. The older asian man who did my nails was so RUDE, left parts my original nail polish, didn’t properly shape my nails, left residue, and did a pretty bad job at the french tips. It is one thing to not be the best but it is completely unacceptable to rush, roll eyes at me, and even angrily throw his hands onto the table when I barely pulled away after he cut my finger (of which he did not apologize for). Apparently they give good pedicures but if you go for acrylics make sure it is not the man (who may even be the owner as he was doing paperwork and repeatedly walked away during the service). Overall very unpleasant experience to give a teenage girl.

  My 15 year old daughter was just there today and this was the photo she brought and what she got. Are you serious right now?! She is coming back tomorrow for you to fix this or refund ALL of her money!!!!! You are insane if you think this is acceptable!
