I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. I paid $125 for a fill-in, and I’m honestly so disappointed. They completely messed up the shape of my nails, and the appointment took forever. The only thing they got right was the color. I’m so unhappy with the results that I have to go to another nail salon the very next day just to fix their mistakes. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail …. Will never return

I'm from Louisiana, very, very picky about my nails. Had them done over 30 years. I've tried a couple places in smyma, and once I tried Paris nails, I haven't went anywhere else. They've taken care of my every need done an excellent job on my nails.I am very happy to have found them

I had a disappointing experience at Paris Nails. The pricing was high for the level of service I received. Unfortunately, my toenails and fingernails were not cleaned or prepared as thoroughly as expected, which affected the overall quality of the service. I also raised a concern about the work being uneven, but my concern was dismissed rather than addressed. I was hoping for better customer service and attention to detail. Based on my visit, I would not recommend this place.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME. I stayed away from this place for quite some time because of how I was treated the first time. I decided to give them another chance and I regret it immensely. I got a fill in done on 3/20/22. That night the polish chipped and I went back on Monday to get it fixed. Two days later my polish chipped again on another finger. When I went in the second day, she informed me that the polish chipping was because of something I was doing wrong. Mind you I have had acrylics on my nails for over 2 years. I have NEVER had this happen unless it was from this place twice now. So she told me that she would not fix them anymore if it happened. So yesterday around 5:00 I was washing my hands, looked down, and 4 of my nails had peeled completely off. Under the polish reveals that the fill in that is a week old is already chipping and lifting. I called today to ask them to fix them because this is not my fault. One of the technicians answered and told me that they would have to charge me for a polish change and it would be $25. She then informed me that she wasn't going to do my nails because I don't know how to take care of them. Mind you, I have had my nails done for over 2 years and prior to that it was about 8 years that I have had them on. I went to cosmetology school, my best friend is a nail technician. Trust me when I tell you, I know how to take care of my nails. Clearly the polish was not cured well enough which is why it peeled the way it did. I informed them that they were either going to fix my nails free of charge or I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. She told me to have a nice day and hung up. The man that works there is ALWAYS rude. The woman that owns the salon, is even ruder and acts like anything is an inconvenience and has no people skills. A broken nail is $15 to fix, even if it is by their lack of knowledge and practice. Save yourself the time, energy, money and dont go here at allllll. EVER

This place is way too expensive for the service. There hasn’t been any upgrades to the building, no upgrades for the decor, furniture or even the bathroom. I got the most basic pedicure ($40) with Gel and ended up paying $100. It was an extra $40 just for the painting service. I think this place upcharges for the lack of customers they have. The employees are very nice. It’s just too rich for the service and atmosphere. I will not be returning.
