  My first time going to see Krystal was a birthday gift from a friend after a really bad break up. When I walked out I just knew I was back on top. I started using her hair products and noticed a HUGE difference in my hair. It was so healthy and beautiful again. This last time I went and saw Krystal was just as great as the first and all the times in between. She is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is very relaxing I start dozing off while my hair is processing. I always look forward to my time in her chair. Thank you Krystal and The Key Salon.

  Krystal is the best! Been a customer for almost 4 years now, the last 3 or so in her wonderful space in Summit Pointe. She's a real pro and provides not just a great cut, but a great overall experience. Love the Key Salon products as well. Keep up the good work, and we'll see you again next month.

  I just moved to Virginia and was so nervous to find a new salon. The Key Salon was AMAZING! Krystal is the sweetest human alive! She made me feel sooo comfortable from our first message. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! Her salon is adorable; It’s so cute, so cozy and so clean! Krystal met me outside, walked me in, made me a delicious latte and pampered me for hours (including turning the lights off so i could relax while she waited for my color to lift!) . I am obsessed with her and my hair and can’t wait to go back! 🥰

  Krystal always makes you feel like you’re the only person who exists in the world. She is always calm and makes you feel relaxed. She is a perfectionist and will NOT let you leave until everything is 110% perfect.

  I’ve been going to Krystal for a little over five years now, I cannot stress it enough that I trust her with my hair needs/wants. She achieves beyond and always answers any questions I may have. She will also give you her honest recommendations based on what she has tried herself. If you want to feel on top of the world, book with her. I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you, Krystal for always making me feel beautiful and always looking to give back ❤️
