  Absolutely loved it!!! Went in as a spur of the moment type thing and glad I did. Clean, friendly staff, easy to use facilities. I will definitely be going back, I would call in advance and book prior to and make the experience that much better. I intend to go back to try and sensory tank for sure. I would take sandals to change into just to really sweat it out.

  How the hell has this place been open for TWO YEARS and most of the RGV still doesn’t know it exists?! I went to The Recovery Factory for the first time recently, and I was genuinely blown away. This isn’t a typical spa, gym, or one of those places where you walk in and immediately wonder what exactly you’re supposed to be doing. It’s a dedicated recovery space right here in Edinburg with float therapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, and an environment that makes it incredibly easy to disconnect and reset. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect going in. Within one visit, I understood exactly why people get hooked on this kind of recovery. The space is clean, comfortable, thoughtfully put together, and the entire experience feels intentional without being pretentious or intimidating. You don’t need to be an athlete or some hardcore wellness person to appreciate it. If you work long hours, train, carry a ton of stress, have trouble shutting your brain off, or just need an hour where nobody is asking you for anything, you’ll understand the appeal pretty quickly. I was impressed enough that I didn’t just leave saying, “That was cool.” I signed up for a monthly membership for me and my family. That probably says more than anything else I could write here. The owner has built something genuinely unique for the Valley, and it deserves way more attention than it’s getting. If you live anywhere in the RGV and you’ve been curious about float therapy, cold plunging, infrared sauna, or just finding a better way to recover and reset, go experience this place for yourself. You may leave wondering the same thing I did: How did I not know this was here?

  This place is amazing! 🤩 This is my new favorite place in the RGV. Able & Josie went above and beyond taking great care of us when we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Having this spa to go to will make living in South Texas much easier. I love the eucalyptus in the shower. That’s something I’ve always wanted to do but because I have cats I can’t since eucalyptus is toxic for cats so I’m really glad I got to enjoy it here. The float tank is one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced! It was transformational… It’s a new necessity for me. The sauna session was also very healing. I feel like a new person after going here. 🥰 best place in RGV 🏆

  So awesome to have a place like this in the valley! I tried the contrast therapy room for my first visit. The employee gave clear instructions & was very helpful. I didn’t realize how much my body needed that cold plunge! I’ll definitely be visiting again 🙏
