  The nails look reasonably good but my fingers are BURNING. The ladies are pretty rough with the nails. And last time my mom got a pedicure and the lady dug really deep into her skin and when my mom told her that it hurt she still kept digging there. Be more gentle!!

  Basic pedicure with gel nails. I’m sharing the pics immediately after nails done. Worst service and maintenance. Spent 48 dollars for not even worth 15 dollar.

  Never coming back. Terrible work, lady was rushing, I was the last customer and I can tell that she wanted to do this as soon as possible. You can tell that it’s bad done. I’m doing my nails for over 15 years but never had them so TERRIBLE. Look at the details. I also did that day gel pedicure. First the lady left super big space between nail and skin so the looked like they 2 weeks old. Two the lady didint had them too long in the lamp and when I came back home the gel came off!!! I didn’t came back to complain only because I didn’t wanna come back to this place! Also this place is super dirty.

  Came here as a walk in to get my brows done because I wanted a little self care after receiving some bad news. I was initially told there would be a wait. Understandable since it’s a nail salon and they clearly prioritize clients with nail appointments. I sat down ready to wait, and looked around - there were only about 3-4 other clients being serviced. Waiting area was empty. I’ve come at way busier times and been serviced within 10-15 min. The receptionist (a really sweet girl) says to the worker doing nails that i’m there for eyebrows. The woman doing the nails says in a curt and annoyed tone “I don’t have time.” And goes back to doing nails. Very rude, very dismissive. Then the receptionist apologizes to me and asks if I wouldn’t mind coming back later because they’re short staffed. I said sure and walked out- wasn’t in the mood to argue - but obviously I’m not going to come back after hearing that nasty attitude. I don’t want that energy touching me. I will never spend my money in this salon again. I would have happily come back if I wasn’t acknowledged in such an abrasive manner. Work on your client relation skills and don’t make clients feel like a burden. They come to your salon for self care and to feel good. Let them know you’re not taking walk ins or that the waxer is not in yet. At least act like you know there are about 10 other salons within a 15 mile radius that can take your clients when you mess up. Do better.

  I stopped by this nail salon while in the area and had a great experience. Even though they were busy, the receptionist was very accommodating and managed to fit me in for a pedicure with Lee. Lee was thorough and attentive, didn’t rush with my pedicure. The receptionist also took the time to help me choose a color and checked in throughout my visit to make sure I was happy. Excellent customer service all around — this will definitely be my new regular salon.
