  You know, I had heard bad reviews about this place from people I know, but I still decided to give it a chance… what a mistake :(( I went in wanting Gel-X tip ombré nails (inspiration photo shared was attached). Right off the bat, she started choosing the tip without even asking me about my preferred length. When I spoke up and asked for something longer, I was told they only offer one length for Gel-X tips—which honestly feels like a strange way to run a business where clients expect options. Then came the ombré design, and it was completely butchered. I had shown a clear inspiration photo, and what I got looked nothing like it. Not once did she ask if I liked the design or color or pause for input. What really frustrates me is this: if you can’t do a certain design or technique, just say that upfront. It’s not fair for a paying customer to end up with a half-baked result that looks terrible and still costs full price. If I had known she couldn’t achieve the look, I would’ve just gone with a simple gel polish—something that hopefully would’ve turned out much better. To ensure I want exaggerating I had asked my friends of their assessment. I was told: it just looks like you’re calcium deficit! And where there streaks on purpose… So if you came to the reviews debating whether to come here and get your nails done, don’t. Don’t waste your time and money. I promise there are better places

  The work isn't great, but a decent spot if you're in a bind. Called an hour before closing with no appointment and got a walk-in spot with no wait for a polish change and manicure. They did not completely remove the old polish, as you can see the blue in the photos, and the new polish is nowhere near the edges, but could be worse. Don't forget cash for tip if you don't have venmo.

  Super expensive for such bad quality. I got acrylic tips and multiple nails fell off. Typically maybe one nail or so falls off when I get tips. Not 6. My middle finger developed a fungus underneath after getting my nails done here. I have never had a single fungal issue with any of my nails before. It also took almost 2 hours to get my nails done because I was stopped during the middle of my manicure for the nail tech to move onto someone else. I was waiting for 30 minutes until I was helped again.

  They did an amazing job with my nails. I definitely recommend this place for a great set of nails! I’ve been going to them for months and they’ve always done an awesome job! Highly recommend them.
