Absolutely amazing experience! I stopped in at Five Star Massage and was blown away by how professional and relaxing everything was from start to finish. The staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and soothing. My therapist really knew what she was doing — perfect pressure, great technique, and very attentive to the areas that needed the most work. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and re-energized. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true five-star massage experience!

Shorted me 30 minutes on a hour massage, tried to act like it was only 10 minutes short. Then tried to offer an extra 30 minutes next time I go, I was born at night but not last night. Wish I could give negative stars

Been to plenty of massage joints and this one was just ok. The place is clean, the ladies are friendly, and the massage tables are comfortable. My therapist stopped the massage twice to go out and have conversations. Then I was giving a different masseuse. She actually was better with Massage, but the upselling was so annoying. Paid for an hour. Was only massaged for maybe 35 minutes.

From the moment I walked into 5 Star Massage, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was immediately calming, with a soothing aroma in the air and tranquil music that set the stage for a truly relaxing experience. The staff welcomed me warmly, making me feel at ease and valued as a customer. My massage therapist was exceptionally skilled, combining expertise and intuition to address my specific needs. The pressure was perfect, adeptly finding and alleviating my tension points without ever causing discomfort. It was evident that they are passionate about their craft, as they worked meticulously to ensure every muscle was cared for. Moreover, the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities were impeccable, creating a serene environment that enhanced the overall experience. 5 Star Massage truly lives up to its name, offering a top-tier massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and profoundly relaxing massage. It's not just a treatment; it's a holistic experience that nurtures both body and soul. A well-deserved five stars!

Went in for a 30 min deep tissue massage and got a 20-min Swedish with 3 interruptions instead. No apology, just a request for a tip. Left more stressed than I came in. Unprofessional and disappointing.
