  Very bad service and ambience. Got a pedicure done and I feel I could have done a better job myself. Also, overpriced compared to other nail salons in the area. Minimum tip is 20$ if paying by card. Only good thing- it’s open until 7:30 pm on weekdays.

  my sister just had a really bad experience here. unsanitary practices, wrong color polish. wait time was long but it’s 4th of july so i get it- but not listening to the customer and cutting sanitation corners to save time is NOT okay. she came home very upset and had to spend another $50 on nail supplies to try and fix their shotty rushed job.

  Minhee did my gel manicure and it was a waste of $40. I asked for a small flower design, and the lady said that she can do it. First, she filed my nails crooked and many of them were jagged. I had to keep asking her to correct them. When it came time to do the design, she tried to use stickers and I had to tell her three times that I do not want it. She didn't even have liner brushes or anyting that she could have used to do the design. In the end I asked her to just do plane tips. She used the same brush she used to paint the whole nails, and it came out sloppy and messy. She tried to ignore it, and I had to keep asking her to make it cleaner and fix the shape. She started to give me an attitude, so I just paid for the sloppy nails and left. I will not be returning

  The worst salon experience of my life! I walked in for a mani/pedi and was startled by the owner's dog. She saw my discomfort with the dog and did not attempt to accommodate me. She then assigned an older male employee who appeared to have very little experience. Noting there was only one client under the nail dryer. So not sure why she, clearly with more experience, could not take me. Her employee completed a terrible foot exfoliation, poor polish application and did not soak my nails before the manicure. I actually ended up filing my nails myself! So absurd that I cut it short at that point and refused to move forward with the mani. Spare yourself. There are better places nearby.

  Worst pedicure and manicure ever I had. These pictures are just taken after 5 mins of pedi mani. Massages are good but too fast to just finish the job. Moreover lady asks for 20% tip. They have increased their prices and ask for tip by their own. You should keep that for customers to decide. For this I paid 55$ including tip which is hurting me a lot now. Lady will ask you to pay also before they finish their jobs. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone nor I will visit again them. Disgusting!! Improve your standards!!
