  My name is Kaytee, I’m here on vacation and I brought my daughter to (Cute Nails & Spa) and it was a memorable moment for both of us. My daughter is autistic and the staff was so welcoming, kind! Our nails were worth the money spent. The colors, designs and shape were exactly what I wanted!

  I am very disappointed! My daughter and I had an appointment, me for manicure and she for mani-pedi! We sat soaking our hands for about 30 minutes and when the nail tech came to do our nails, she never asked the shape or length we wanted…just chopped them off as short as she could get them! I think she was mad that we only wanted regular manicures. I’m not able to have gel or acrylics due to medical treatments I receive! She barely filed our nails so they were sharp on the sides! The tech was on her phone nearly all the time she worked on our nails! That is very rude. She also sent one walk-in away saying she was too busy, but accepted several walking right after! My nails look like someone who bites their nails! Ugly!! Paid way too much for very poor results! We will NEVER go back there again!

  I truly regret having to write this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I went in for a much-needed nail day and requested my usual dip manicure. Billy applied five layers of dip, which made my nails look extremely thick and chunky. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might refine them as he finished, but when he said he was done and only needed to apply the top coat, I voiced my concern respectfully. I explained that they looked bulky and didn’t match the natural shape of my nails, and I simply asked if he could smooth them out. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he laughed, stood up, and brought over Nina. While Nina kindly offered to fix them, Billy sat nearby mocking me—telling me I didn’t know what dip was and that I was “too young to be so picky.” At that point, I asked Nina to just remove the nails entirely. I had already been there for nearly two hours, and Billy continued to act disrespectfully, even raising his voice at me in front of others. I ultimately left feeling upset and charged $50 for a service I could not keep. I went back in to request a refund, as I don’t believe it was fair to pay for such treatment, but Billy continued taunting me loudly from across the salon until Nina had to intervene and remove him. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. Many of us know what it’s like to stay quiet about nails we aren’t happy with, just to avoid hurting someone’s feelings—but we work hard for our money, and we deserve to feel comfortable and valued during something as simple as a nail appointment. I want to be clear that Nina was professional and kind, but what happened with Billy was unacceptable. If an employee cannot handle customer communication respectfully, they should not be in customer service.

  My fingers hurt when I left here. The male did my nails, when I complained of pain, they began to speak in their native language, and the female came and snatched my hand and said, “better now, let me see”. I liked the final shape, but he filed my knuckles! With the finger file! My skin! Someone save Beaver Dam, cause what?! I honestly felt traumatized walking out.

  Teresa did an amazing job doing my pedicure. I got the lavender treatment. This was hands down the BEST pedicure I've ever had. She had amazing attention to detail, took her time, and was very friendly. The salon was super busy, but still, she took her time and made sure I was happy at every opportunity. Very highly recommend.
