  An amazing set. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t have time to get them done at home (Houston), these nails were incredible. I’ve never gotten so many compliments. At least six people have asked who my nail tech is because the art was so cute. I believe the artist name was Annie, and I wish I could fly her down every two weeks.

  I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is an exception. I called to make an appointment for a full set of acrylics and was told that they were available at 5pm. Awesome! I showed up about 10 minutes early and when I walked in I was not greeted, which is normal there. I proceeded to choose a color and take a seat to wait for my service to start. After 30 minutes I was finally told which chair to sit in which is the first thing anyone said to me since walking in. I proceed to take my seat. After an hour and 10 minutes of being seated a man finally approached me and asked if I had chosen my color. I responded with “yes, and I have a picture” I asked for a nude color nails. He murmured while walking away “well this is the best we have” as he grabbed a light pink color. No effort was even put into helping me. I simply said I did not want any pink but just a nude color. His response to that was “well then you will have to do your own nails”. I simply said “okay, thanks” and walked out. After almost 2 hours of waiting and wasting my time I was left with no service and some of the worse customer service I have ever had. I would rather be told no or to schedule for a different day/time then to have false hope of an appointment if they don’t actually have time. They tend to be very short on the phone and short and sometimes rude in person. Wonder nails does such great work but the continued worse and worse customer service over the years has been enough.

  Unfortunately, bad customer service seems to be an on-going issue. On at least 4 separate occasions this year, we have been made to feel like we are in trouble for wanting to give them business. Each time we had appointments booked. We were made to feel unwelcome and like a burden. When we gave our tip, the staff has even rolled their eyes at us. I’ve watched these same staff treat others with smiles and be welcoming, so it is clearly by choice. This last visit, they took over 45 minutes after our apt time to even start or be acknowledged. The reason we went back & for the second star, is they do a good job with the nails. My issue isn’t their nail work. At this point, we’ve given them enough chances to rule out bad days or fluke bad service. We will not be using this salon in the future.

  Save yourself time & money, go elsewhere. Called for an appointment and was not seen for over an hour after my scheduled time. Upon walking in, it was silent. No music, no livelihood. And no greeting. I found my way to pick a color and sat down. Minutes passed and finally someone asked me “what do you want today”. I told them I had an appointment for a gel manicure. I was placed in a service chair and waited another 45 minutes. There was me and 5 other people in the establishment with 3 employees who leisurely went out for frequent smoke breaks. The salon itself was dirty. Employees were not friendly and service was mediocre. Save your time, money and efforts here. The poor reviews floating around are very accurate.

  Got an acrylic set they started breaking off not even three days after I paid almost 100$ to get them done when there binder said they were only 60$ then when I asked them to fix them they didn’t and treated me like crap definitely won’t be going back here
