  These beautiful women truly provide great service. They are friendly, funny and very talented. Lisa provides so many services needed and has created a diverse collection of inventory by local artists. She has revolutionized community for women and also added a Barber to her staff. This is a one stop shop for families, friends and a safe place to fly solo. I recommend this salon to anyone that appreciates quality of service and family owned, "small business" with a large impact

  I came to key west to get a gel manicure, during my experience my nail tech was super nice, however the work wasn't up to par, I had nail polish on my skin, with bubbles under the polish, my French tips weren't even I didn't even get my cuticle cut. None of the normal manicure things were done. When I called about this I was refused a refund very rudely as I spoke with the owner she offer times for me to come in which were all very unreasonable as it is a week night and wanted me in very late and wouldn't allow me to come the following morning. This was so bad, I was forced to spend another 40 dollars to get them fixed else where! VERY UPSETTING especially with the way I was spoken to when I called about the issue.

  I don’t like to be negative, but be warned. My daughter had a set put on and the next day we paid to have another salon take them off and redo them. The nails were glued on unevenly. She was cut while buffing her cuticles and a nail was glued over her cut. The design she asked for was pretty and nice people, but the finished look was just terrible.

  Walked in on the off-chance I could get a desperately needed haircut right before a funeral on a Saturday. The beautician was off but still there. Not only did she give me a haircut, but she did an AMAZING job! Which is not easy with ultra-curly hair!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Atefah!!! Will always come back!!!

  Great experience! Temperature screen and asked to wash my hands upon arrival. Spaced work stations, sink sanitized before and after washing my hair. Mikala did a great cut while we both wore a mask. Thank you.
